EXHIBITION

When the Apple Ripens: Peter Howson at 65.

A Retrospective.

The exhibition assembled over 100 works tracing Howson’s career from his student days to the present, bringing together works from public and private collections spanning the UK and Europe. Many works, privately commissioned by the artist, have never been seen in public. The exhibition included Howson’s first self-portrait since 2008, painted at his Glasgow studio earlier this year in honour of the retrospective.

The Brief

To create a range of good quality, unique and inspirational products that would appeal to a global audience and stay true to the tone and feel of the exhibition. Each product has been carefully crafted to create a meaningful connection with Peter Howson’s remarkable artwork. The merchandise range features some of Howson’s most famous images printed onto popular exhibition products; tote bags, t-shirts and tea towels.
